Scruffy Bear, I miss you, but I know you are where you need to be and that is with our Heavenly Father. You are the head worship leader of thousands, and you are whole. A few days ago, I saw a bunch of pictures of you. The memories came flooding back of you at Hayward Field running track with your best friend Darren, posing in front of the Christmas tree in the house on Sherry Ct., the many vacations we took together to all sorts of places like Canada and the Oregon Coast. I remembered when you used to get perms and your curly hair would only make you look cuter! I remember when we used to play together on the stairs and get carpet burns. I remember cheering you on at your swim meets, riding bikes with you, and taking you to see the flying Elvi, Jan and Dean and The Beach Boys. We ALWAYS had a lot of laughs and fun together. I miss you Brian, but you know I find comfort in knowing you are where you need to be! Your favorite cousin, Marsh

Brian’s life was a living demonstration in what unconditional love looks like, when it’s operational. You never get over something like that. Nor will the privilege of living with, and loving him in return -ever pass away. Love in action, alive & living in who we knew as Brian, incorporates into your entire being, unaware. He cannot, nor ever will be forgotten~ V~

Dear Brian, I will miss your funny ways, and how sweet you were as a young child. I remember when you were brought home from the hospital. We lived right around the corner from you in Lake Grove. We all loved you from the minute you arrived. When you were about three years old you loved to play with your cars and toys. You always had a toy in your hand,

Oh BrianFace, how I loved you. So many memories. You loved visiting us and enjoying the hot tub where you spent your 18th birthday. You always said you were going to marry me, but we settled for a date at Taco Bell instead; you said if I’d drive you would buy…and you did, a perfect gentleman. I understand you had others you were going to marry too.
