Obituary of James Gilbert Darcy

Jim was born on June 27, 1933 in Toledo, Oregon to parents Margeurite E. and Joseph Henry Darcy. He served in the Marine Corps for 4 years and then worked as a sheet metal worker. He married Jacqueline (Jackie) Darcy on June 9th, 1956. Jim was an avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed camping and spending time with his family and friends. Jim is survived by his children, James Darcy Jr., Joe Darcy, Jerry Darcy and Lynn Allison (Darcy), his grandchildren, Amber Clark (Daley), Crysta Darcy, James Darcy, Jeff Darcy, Joby Darcy, Mary Variz (Darcy), Scott Darcy, Steven Daley, and his great-grandchildren, Alexis Bailey Clark, Bowden Darcy, Dakota Ford Daley, Dean Alexander Thompson, Heidi Ann Variz, Jace Bemjamin Thompson, Jenna Marie Daley, Jordan Thomas Daley, Joseph Darcy, Kamrin Kaikoa Subica, Khloe Darcy, Leland Keoni Subica, Mckenna Ann Clark, Reggie Louis Darcy, Riley Eugene Darcy, Shaun James Clark, and Skyler Nicole Darcy. He was preceded in death by his wife Jacqueline (Jackie) Darcy, parents Joseph Henry Darcy and Marguerite E Darcy, siblings Marie Darcy Stauning, Monroe Perry Darcy, and Alfred Floyd Darcy Sr., and grandson Kevin Eugene Daley. Graveside services and a celebration of life will be held at a later date in La Pine.
